PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, driving occupancy and revenue while delivering a world-class resident experience. This role requires a motivated closer who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment and supports leasing, resident experience, and community operations.

You will convert leads, deliver impactful tours, and maintain CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Proven success achieving leasing targets.
• Experience with CRM systems and multi-touch outreach.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales first mindset.
