You will manage CRM-driven outreach, stay informed about pricing and availability, and work with a team to meet monthly leasing targets while maintaining a polished community presentation and positive resident relations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong follow-up discipline and multi-touch outreach.
• Weekend availability and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs and close.
• Proactively follow up to maximize conversion and revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
