Job summary

Triangle Fastener Corporation is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Nashville, TN to serve as the first contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries. You will quote, process, and coordinate orders while supporting the Outside Sales team and ensuring smooth customer experiences.

You will work with warehouse teams to maintain stock, manage schedules, and promote products in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales-based customer service or related position
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position
• High School Diploma or GED or higher
• Associate’s degree in business, sales, or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet demand
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers
• Support Outside Sales team by managing backend processes and follow-ups
• Maintain a clean, professional showroom and promote featured products
• Address and resolve customer issues proactively and professionally
• Prepare and send product samples, catalogs, and credit applications
• Review open sales reports and ensure data integrity
• Pull counter orders as needed for timely service
• Work closely with Branch Operations Manager and other sales staff daily
