Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales-based customer service or related position.
• Minimum 3 years in inside sales or similar position.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree in business, sales, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Support the Outside Sales team by managing backend processes and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean and professional showroom and promote featured products.
• Address and resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
• Prepare and send product samples, catalogs, and credit applications.
• Review open sales reports and ensure data integrity.
• Pull counter orders as needed to ensure timely customer service.
