Job summary

Triangle Fastener Corporation in Nashville, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth sales experience and supporting both customers and the Outside Sales team.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in sales or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to manage quotes and orders with accuracy while ensuring on-time deliveries and customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Support the Outside Sales team by managing backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean and professional showroom and promote featured products.
• Address and resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
• Prepare and send product samples, catalogs, and credit applications.
• Review open sales reports and ensure data integrity.
• Pull counter orders as needed to ensure timely customer service.
• Work closely with the Branch Operations Manager and other sales staff daily.
