Triangle Fastener Corporation in Cincinnati, OH is hiring an Inside Sales Representative who will be the first contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries. You will manage quotes, process orders, and support both customers and the Outside Sales team to keep projects on track.

You will collaborate with warehouse, marketing, and branch staff, maintain a professional showroom, and promote featured products while delivering exceptional customer service and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business, sales or related field preferred.
• 1+ year in sales-based customer service or related position.
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position.

Responsibilities

• Providing timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handling walk-in sales and guiding customers through product selections.
• Entering and processing orders with precision and speed.
• Collaborating with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Coordinating delivery schedules and providing updates to customers.
• Supporting the Outside Sales team with backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintaining a clean and professional showroom and promoting featured products.
• Addressing and resolving customer issues proactively and professionally.
• Preparing and sending product samples, catalogs, and credit applications.
• Reviewing open sales reports and ensuring data integrity.
• Pulling counter orders as needed to ensure timely customer service.
