Job summary

Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a growth-oriented Inside Sales Representative for our Cincinnati, OH branch. You will be the first contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, managing quotes, orders, and daily customer service to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales-based customer service or 3+ years in inside sales, with a High School Diploma or GED, and preferably an Associate’s degree. Excellent MS Office and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with MS Office Suite and ability to navigate internal systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-service orientation with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes by phone, email, and in-person.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and update customers.
• Support Outside Sales with backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain showroom and promote featured products.
• Resolve customer issues professionally.
• Prepare and send product samples and catalogs.
