Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Inside Sales or Customer Service Role
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer orders and projects
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Business analytics related to BI programs

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and ensure their business needs are met
• Interact positively with customers and suppliers
• Manage multiple orders, tasks, and projects and respond quickly to requests
• Oversee profitability of customer orders in conjunction with field sales and management
• Meet customer ship dates and complete orders through invoicing
• Process orders and quotations accurately and timely
• Collaborate with field sales to address quotations, pricing, project work, and product research
• Keep customer cross-reference and pricing current
