Holman is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant for Leith Ford in Wendell, NC. You will engage customers, understand needs, and guide vehicle selections to provide a positive buying experience.

Responsibilities include presenting features, financing options, test drives, and completing paperwork while staying informed on inventory and promotions. Strong communication and a drive for results are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or related customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in computer systems and sales software.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Build rapport with customers to understand automotive needs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.
• Assist with the purchase process and complete paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborates with customers, sales managers, and F&I personnel to negotiate sales prices and lease payments.
