Job summary

Holman’s Leith Volkswagen of Raleigh is seeking a Sales Consultant to lead vehicle sales on the showroom floor and on the lot. You will greet customers, perform needs analyses, explain features, and guide them through the purchase, lease, and delivery process.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork with Sales Managers, and participation in ongoing training to stay current with product offerings.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Educational background not required beyond high school; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of vehicle sales and related paperwork.
• Greet customers and conduct needs analysis to match vehicle features to customer requirements.
• Explain features, benefits and demonstrate vehicle operation in showroom or on road.
• Research model availability and optional equipment using computer databases.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Finance & Insurance to negotiate price, lease, and rebates.
• Complete paperwork and arrange for delivery, ensuring a smooth customer hand-off.
