Job summary

Holman, a family-owned automotive services leader, invites a Sales Manager to join Leith Toyota’s team within the Holman family. You will build and guide a top-tier sales organization, coach consultants, and drive profitability through effective trade-in negotiations and market analysis.

You will lead training, monitor daily operations, and align sales with service for a superior customer journey, leveraging CRM insights and data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• CRM proficiency and strong data-driven selling skills are essential.
• 3–5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, in automotive sales or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and maintain a high-performing sales team.
• Hire sales consultants and conduct initial training sessions.
• Schedule regular training to reinforce techniques and product knowledge.
• Negotiate trade-ins and maximize dealership profitability.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales procedures for effectiveness.
• Collaborate with service to ensure seamless post-sale experience.
