Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Service Advisor in Costa Mesa, CA. You will be the main contact for customers during the service process, document issues, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quality repairs.

With 2+ years of service advisory experience and knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands, you will assess maintenance needs, prepare estimates, and communicate clearly to customers. This role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within a large dealership group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues.
