Lithia Motors in Albany, NY is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy service team. You will serve as the communication bridge between customers and technicians, help identify vehicle concerns, and prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.

This on-site role requires open availability, including Saturdays, with earnings driven by performance and commission. You will write and manage repair orders from start to finish, keep customers informed on timelines and costs,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.

What You'll Do

• Promote communication between customers and technicians
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
• You will write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
• You will communicate additional service needs based on inspections
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
• You will keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of Service Advisor experience
• Automotive technician background helpful
• 1+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance
• You will manage your time
• You will work independently and with a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation

Estimated annual Com: $64,000 to $125,000 (Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)
