Orange Coast Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in Costa Mesa is hiring a Service Advisor to greet customers, document issues, recommend maintenance, prepare estimates and repair orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands.
• Previous experience working at an automotive dealership.
• Strong written & vocal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and act as the main contact throughout the service process
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Prepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty
• Report to the service manager and collaborate over weekly and monthly goals
