Lithia & Driveway Costa Mesa is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will greet customers, document vehicle issues, and recommend needed maintenance or repairs to ensure a smooth service experience.

You will prepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work to customers while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service and high-quality results. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ years in customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Self-motivated with goal-setting.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Now Hiring: Service Advisor Pay: Estimated Annual Earnings $64,500-$161,800 (Commission Pay Plan) Schedule: Schedule TBD; Open availability to work any day/shift Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm; Saturday: 7am-4pm

What You'll Do

• Working knowledge of computers.
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500-$161,800. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales and Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
