Job summary

Continental Flowers, based in Miami, seeks a Wholesale Sales Account Manager to grow a national B2B client base of 50–70 accounts. You will manage relationships, learn about trends in the flower industry, and offer our products across the United States.

The role requires excellent written and oral communication, travel to clients and trade shows, and a drive to outperform yesterday's results. It is a commission-based position with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, talkative, organized and have solid computer literacy.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a list of 50–70 clients in a B2B, commission-based role.
• Build relationships and understand client needs to grow the business.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other platforms; travel to client sites as needed.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network with prospective clients.
• Be proactive in researching client needs and beat yesterday’s results.
