Job summary

Mayesh is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to develop new business, grow existing accounts, and deliver exceptional service to our floral customers. This role manages the sales cycle from prospecting and order processing to follow-up and account development.

The ideal candidate combines relationship-building skills, sales drive, and a passion for helping customers succeed, with schedule Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM and a rotating Saturday once per month.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Floral industry or wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, manage multiple accounts, and follow through consistently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customers, generate leads, and expand existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Develop sales proposals, negotiate opportunities, and work toward sales goals.
• Participate in customer outreach, promotions, and sales events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
• Process customer orders accurately and provide timely follow-up.
• Maintain current customer and prospect information in company systems.
• Resolve customer concerns and recommend solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate product availability, pricing, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address product quality, delivery, and logistics needs.
