This full-time, commission-based role emphasizes relationship-building within the Architecture and Design community, with in-house trainings and industry events to boost growth and earnings.

Qualifications

• Excellent selling and communication skills with a design focus.
• Ability to develop long-lasting relationships in the local design community.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and in a commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful, long-term customer relationships and drive sales.
• Provide design consultations for residential projects using stone, tile, and related products.
• Prospect new business and participate in industry events to grow accounts.
• Translate customer wants into design solutions and close sales.
