Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in tile or countertop materials.
• Commission-based sales environment preferred.
• Ability to develop relationships with local Architecture and Design communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful, long-term customer relationships.
• Have comprehensive proficiency in stone, tile, and plumbing knowledge for luxury markets.
• Use relationship selling through design consultations to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain showroom product display and stay current on product knowledge.
• Meet monthly sales goals and assist in designing a world-class sales team.
• Mentor other team members on sales skills and product knowledge.
