Job summary

Triton Stone Group is seeking a commission-based sales designer in Baton Rouge to help customers realize dream spaces with natural stone, quartz, tile and related products.

You will build lasting relationships with designers and clients, guide them through product selection, and coordinate colors, finishes, and textures to achieve stunning results that align with project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or business or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with designers, builders and clients.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with customers, designers, builders, fabricators, and industry partners.
• Guide customers through the complete product selection process and design consultations.
• Coordinate colors, patterns, scale, finishes, and complementary products to create cohesive designs.
• Create, present, and sell product and design solutions that meet customer needs and sales goals.
