Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in automotive technology or customer service preferred.
• 2 years of experience as a service advisor or related role, preferably in automotive dealership or service center; luxury OEM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally at service entrance.
• Explain recommended services and repair options clearly to customers.
• Provide detailed written estimates for approval before work begins.
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely service and efficient scheduling.
• Communicate updates to customers throughout the service process and obtain approvals for changes.
