Don Beyer Volvo in Sterling, VA is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to handle Volvo service customers' concerns with strong communication and customer service orientation. The role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals with at least 1 year in service advisory and a proven CSI/sales history.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Clearly report vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age and history.
• Prepare complete estimates for labor and parts.
• Establish follow-up time and monitor daily progress.
• Update customers frequently on status and progress.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.

We are seeking to add a highly-motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to handle Volvo service customers' concerns. This position requires excellent communication skills and a high customer service orientation. Candidate must be reliable, dependable, and preferred to have a minimum of 1-year related experience with a high CSI and Sales history. Must possess a valid driver's license and be detailed oriented.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers promptly


• Obtaining customer and vehicle information


• Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer


• Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle


• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts


• Establish follow up time


• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently


• Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order


• Explaining all completed work and charges to customers

Requirements:
