• Minimum 1-year experience in a service advisory role.
• CDK experience preferred but not required.
• XTime experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and a high volume mentality.
• CSI focused and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Clearly report vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age and history.
• Prepare complete estimates for labor and parts.
• Establish follow-up time and monitor daily progress.
• Update customers frequently on status and progress.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
