Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience OR:
• Associates degree + 4 yr related experience OR:
• Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr. related experience OR:
• Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and competitors.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Establish clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon contact and support during surgical cases as needed.
• Provide F&A field calls and on-call/ER consultation as required.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business geographically.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Achieve business plan objectives and quotas using approved resources.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
