Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Trailer Sales Manager in Cheyenne, WY to drive onboarding and adoption of the Tapped Trailers platform.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and operations to bring in new customers and set up prospects, ensuring DOT/insurance requirements are met and issues resolved. Qualifications

Two or more years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations.

Responsibilities

Drive new customer onboarding in launched and pilot markets.
Visit and set up prospects on the Tapped Trailers platform.
Verify proper requirements are met (insurance/DOT).
Resolve customer complaints and issues related to the platform or transactions, and propose solutions for DOT violations, accidents, breakdowns.
Maintain customer satisfaction around rental transactions in multiple markets by holding sessions with customers to receive and incorporate feedback.
Monitor trailer inventory and customer profiles to ensure accuracy.
Work with the broader team on strategic planning and presentation of results to Ryder's Executive Team.
Monitor and maintain yield pricing in target markets.
