Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Pricing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success at Senior Analyst level with independent judgement.
- Ability to balance stakeholder needs and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and clear communication to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and elevate team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced deal analysis and translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex pricing and commercial scenarios.
- Champion adherence to pricing strategy, policy, governance, and approvals.
- Mentor and onboard Senior Analysts to build analytical rigor.
- Drive special projects, testing, and tool enhancements.
- Identify process improvements and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Own compliance activities and reporting requirements.
