The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, plus leadership experience mentoring analysts and deploying SME-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as an Analyst with strong SQL skills and ability to create SQL queries and joins
• Excel or other statistical packages to analyze financial and legal data
• Able to read and interpret data to provide recommendations to leadership
• Some experience leading a team of analysts is preferred
• Conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate, collaborate and negotiate with other departments
• Leadership in project management coordination and prioritization
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or quantitative field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of analysts overseeing day-to-day business tasks for legal placements
• Deploys strategies in a business area as SME
• Builds testing scenarios for deployment
• Investigates inventory gaps and optimization opportunities for legal/operations
• Mentors junior analysts in PRA knowledge and analytics skills
• Maintains policy documentation, change logs and approvals for updates
• Enhances monitoring and control mechanisms for compliant processes
• Identifies issues and drives cross-functional process improvements
