Job summary

Axiom, based in San Francisco, seeks a world-class operator to own commercial strategy and operations for its enterprise pharma and AI initiatives. You will manage pilots, convert revenue across major accounts, and partner with leadership to drive durable enterprise adoption.

You will build relationships across scientific, technical, business, and legal teams, orchestrating deals, pricing, and expansion while shaping product direction with customer insights and high-conviction decisions.

Qualifications

World-class operator with a track record of driving complex enterprise relationships to revenue.
Deep understanding of pharma/biotech discovery workflows and adoption of platforms.
Exceptional customer management and internal coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Own pilot execution and pilot-to-revenue conversion across the commercial pipeline.
Map accounts and progression strategy for major pharma and AI labs.
Turn customer excitement into durable enterprise adoption with leadership alignment.
Chart growth paths for accounts from six to eight figures.
Build relationships across scientific, technical, business, legal, procurement, and executive teams.
Lead pipeline management, forecasting, pricing, packaging, and deal strategy.
Advocate for customer needs inside product, roadmap and company direction.
Drive partnerships: SaaS licenses, research collaborations, and data relationships.
Collaborate with CEO to shape strategy and drive high-conviction decisions.
Maintain deep in-person presence with customers and at conferences.
