Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in Life Sciences consulting, analytics, enterprise software, or senior pharma roles.
• Strong track record of enterprise sales, account growth, and executive engagement.
• Experience running or influencing $20M+ P&Ls preferred.
• Ability to translate data, analytics, and AI into business impact.
• Executive presence, strong storytelling skills, and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with CXO, EVP, and VP-level leaders.
• Own account strategy, growth planning, and P&L.
• Expand existing buying centers and open new ones across Commercial, Data & IT.
• Drive growth across Axtria’s analytics, AI, and cloud platforms.
• Partner with delivery and product teams to ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Shape proposals, POVs, and executive-level content to win large engagements.
