Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in Life Sciences consulting, analytics, enterprise software, or senior pharma roles.
• Strong track record of enterprise sales, account growth, and executive engagement.
• Experience running or influencing $20M+ P&Ls.
• Ability to translate data, analytics, and AI into business impact.
• Executive presence, storytelling, and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted CXO-level relationships and own account strategy.
• Grow strategic Life Sciences accounts and manage P&L.
• Expand buying centers across Commercial, Data, IT.
• Drive growth across Axtria’s analytics, AI, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with delivery and product teams to deliver outcomes.
• Shape proposals, POVs, and executive content to win engagements.
