Cox Automotive – USA is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist II for a day shift at a fixed location. This role serves as a key point of contact for resolution of client issues in collaboration with the national sales team, auction representatives, and stakeholders for clients in the assigned market center, auction or CAIs digital platforms.

Hourly base pay range is $22.07 to $33.13 per hour, with potential for additional compensation such as commissions or incentives.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years’ experience in a related field OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, receptive to change and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform data entry of required information.
• Manage account relationships, maintain effective communications and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with posting clerk to ensure recon, transportation and other vehicle charges are applied.
• Respond to customer inquiries relating to vehicles and provide quality service.
• Coordinate with Transportation Team to arrange transportation and obtain related reports.
• Maintain electronic customer vehicle files with standardized abbreviations for location, condition, and announcements.
• Gather floor price information and enter into system.
• Prepare sale vehicle run process including run order and scheduling.
• Follow up on vehicle preparation for sale by reconciling bills against work/repairs.
• Coordinate invoicing with accounting for accounts receivable.
• Prepare reports such as sales and expense and dealer attendance.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and participate in safety activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
