• Excellent data entry and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of required information for client accounts.
• Manage account relationships and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with posting clerk to apply recon, transportation, and vehicle charges in the system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide quality service while resolving issues.
• Coordinate with Transportation Team to arrange transportation and gather reports.
