gategroup is seeking a Commercial Services Analyst in Reston, VA to bridge commercial and operations teams through financial and operational analysis, change management, and pricing/billing validation.

The role requires collaboration across airline and internal teams, contract compliance, and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improved customer experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales/service.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales, airline, or catering.
• Experience with international clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Services strategy by improving customer experience.
• Assist the Commercial Services Manager in initiatives supporting goals.
• Maintain communications with airline and internal teams impacting relationships.
• Ensure contract compliance with customer and airline service requirements.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
• Support and sustain operational and financial execution.
