Job summary

Gate Gourmet, a gategroup company, in Reston, VA, seeks a Senior Performance Analyst to oversee data gathering, analysis, and KPI reporting for a major airline customer. The role blends commercial insight with operations, driving action plans to lift service delivery across the NA network.

You will integrate demand signals, operational metrics, quality and cost drivers, present findings to leadership, and support weekly, monthly, and annual reviews. Travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years in data analytics or performance management.
• Customer-facing experience required; aviation catering/ops preferred.
• Experience producing KPI reports for executives and regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and report on end-to-end airline performance metrics across NA network.
• Translate data into actionable recovery plans to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align demand, labor, and production planning.
• Lead performance discussions with station leadership and airline executives.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews with insights and actions.
