Job summary

gategroup is seeking a data and performance professional to oversee data gathering, analysis, and KPI delivery for a major airline client in North America. This hybrid role blends commercial insight with operations to drive recovery and service improvements across the network.

You will integrate airline demand signals, schedule data, and quality metrics, preparing regular performance reviews and coordinating with station leadership, MPS, MOD, and commercial teams to deliver actionable insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; six or more years of professional work in operations, analytics or data improvement may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in data analytics and process improvement, preferably in airline catering or food manufacturing, with KPI reporting for executives or customers.
• Customer-facing experience is required; experience with cross-functional initiatives or multi-location operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate data outcomes into customer action plans to drive performance recovery and service delivery.
• Monitor KPI factors and develop recovery plans to prevent escalation and sanctions.
• Collaborate with station leadership, MPS and MOD, and other customer service staff to align actions with airline requirements.
• Lead end-to-end reporting on airline performance across stations and during reviews with consolidated data.
