Job summary

Gatik seeks a Commercial Senior Analyst to drive growth strategies and support the commercial team with quantitative analyses and market insights. You will work across functions and communicate with customers, vendors, and senior executives to advance strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across departments to optimize logistics and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a highly analytical role.
• Proven track record of structuring and solving complex problems.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools (PowerPI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with directly managing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Prior exposure to the transportation, logistics, or technology industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Structure complex problems, analyze data, and deliver insights to the Gatik leadership team.
• Conduct research and analysis of industry, company, customer, and channel data for market assessment.
• Communicate analysis and recommendations to stakeholders with presentations.
• Perform quantitative analyses, including development of financial models, to evaluate strategic options.
• Interface and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for business development data.
• Support the Commercial Team in planning and execution of key initiatives.
• Other duties as may be required.
