Job summary

Vector Security seeks a Commercial Sales Representative in Lancaster, PA to drive bookings and recurring revenue through proactive outreach to commercial clients. You will present integrated security solutions, including video, access control, intrusion, and fire alarm systems, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and coordinating with design and operations teams.

The role requires prospecting, relationship-building, and the ability to close complex deals with large commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Proven success in self-generated sales activities.
• Experience in selling to large commercial accounts.
• Ability to present complex integrated security solutions.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license required to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Sell Vector’s commercial solutions to meet bookings and revenue targets.
• Proactively schedule sales appointments with current and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline with multiple monthly quotas.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams on project scope for large installations.
• Market strategies to identify new segments and opportunities.
• Monitor competitive pricing and product offerings in the market.
