Job summary

Vector Security is seeking a Regional Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow the commercial sales teams in the Philadelphia and New Jersey region. The role drives the regional strategy, forecast accuracy, and performance, collaborating with the Commercial Sales Director and General Managers to maximize profitability.

The candidate will oversee training programs, promote product adoption, and expand market presence through strategic relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional commercial sales teams.
• Ability to own regional forecasts and pipeline health.
• Strong training and enablement focus for sales teams.
• Experience in the commercial security space is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and develop commercial sales teams across the region.
• Own regional sales forecasts, pipeline, and profitability.
• Oversee proposal strategy and deal execution with reps.
• Coordinate weekly forecast updates and report risks and opportunities.
• Drive market penetration and new customer acquisition in Philadelphia and NJ.
