Job summary

CPI Security is seeking a Commercial Sales Advisor in Raleigh, NC to design, present and sell our security and automation solutions to commercial customers. You will self-generate opportunities and manage accounts, delivering outstanding service while achieving sales targets.

The role emphasizes relationship building, scheduled client visits, and collaboration with the Sales Manager. Competitive pay includes base plus commissions and strong benefits in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual.
• Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
• Self-generate customer connect opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location.
• Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
• Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goals are achieved.
