Job summary

Guardian Protection Services is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative in Milwaukee to grow our customer base and drive sales of our security products and services. You will develop new prospects and nurture existing accounts, delivering compelling proposals and closing deals.

The role requires heavy field activity, strong communication, and a consultative sales approach. Local travel and a full-time schedule are expected as you contribute to a high-energy customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned sales quota and follow established guidelines.
• Identify prospects using lead generation techniques.
• Present sales proposals highlighting product features and advantages.
• Follow up with prospects and prepare final contracts for signature.
• Process work orders and ensure paperwork aligns with procedures.
• Maintain customer retention through post-install satisfaction.
