Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker offers the Leadership Development Program (SLP), a rotational path for recent graduates aiming to accelerate careers in Sales, Channel and Brand Management. You will rotate through Retail, Commercial & Industrial End User, and Sales Support, learning to drive End User Sales, train store staff, and align with product teams and distributors.

You will gain hands-on experience in analytics, promotions, and merchandising while developing leadership and strategic growth skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Sales, Communications, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Recent grads or early career professionals with <2 years experience including internships.
• Demonstrated leadership values, critical thinking, problem-solving and accountability.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Retail, Commercial & Industrial end-user sales across rotations.
• Engage with professional end users and learn procurement processes.
• Provide operational and analytical support to Tools & Outdoor sales teams.
• Develop and execute initiatives to maximize sales and profitability.
