Rolling Suds, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Development Representative to build relationships with property managers and expand our exterior cleaning services.

You will learn B2B sales by working directly with ownership, prospecting commercial properties throughout Greater Los Angeles, and guiding opportunities from first contact to closing. This role offers unlimited earning potential with a 100% commission structure and a path to senior sales roles as the company

• Learn commercial estimating and proposal development.
• Grow existing client relationships into recurring maintenance contracts.
• Work alongside ownership on larger commercial opportunities.

Compensation

100% commission-based

Realistic Year 1 Earnings: $50,000–$90,000+

High performers: $100,000+

No earning cap.
