Rolling Suds Hollywood-West Beverly Hills is hiring a Commercial Business Development Representative to grow our B2B exterior cleaning services in the Greater Los Angeles area. You will work directly with ownership, meeting property managers and facility managers to expand our commercial client base.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, prospecting, and closing opportunities with no earning cap. You will receive onboarding, training, and support from a dedicated operations team to deliver

Responsibilities

• Prospect commercial properties throughout Greater Los Angeles.
• Visit commercial properties and introduce Rolling Suds to decision-makers.
• Build relationships with property managers and facility managers.
• Follow up on existing prospects and dormant opportunities.
• Schedule walkthroughs and estimate appointments.
• Learn commercial estimating and proposal development.
• Grow existing client relationships into recurring maintenance contracts.
• Work alongside ownership on larger commercial opportunities.

Compensation

100% commission-based

Realistic Year 1 Earnings: $50,000–$90,000+

High performers: $100,000+
