Rolling Suds of Beverly Hills is seeking a Commercial Business Development Representative to learn and grow in a fast-growing commercial services company. You will prospect, visit, and present our exterior cleaning services to decision-makers, building relationships with property managers and facility managers in the Greater Los Angeles area.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect commercial properties in Greater Los Angeles.
• Visit properties and present Rolling Suds to decision-makers.

• Follow up on prospects and dormant opportunities.
• Schedule walkthroughs and estimate appointments.
• Learn commercial estimating and proposal development.
• Grow existing client relationships into recurring maintenance contracts.
• Collaborate with ownership on larger commercial opportunities.

This is an opportunity to learn commercial B2B sales while working directly with ownership, building relationships with commercial property managers, and helping expand one of Los Angeles' fastest-growing exterior cleaning companies.

Compensation

100% commission-based.

Realistic Year 1 Earnings: $50,000–$90,000+. High Performers: $100,000+ (No earning cap).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
