Rolling Suds Beverly Hills is seeking a Commercial Sales Development Representative to build relationships with property managers and expand a fast-growing exterior cleaning business in Los Angeles. This role offers 100% commission with strong earning potential and a structured onboarding plus mentorship from ownership.

You will learn commercial B2B sales, qualify opportunities, and drive growth with an existing prospect database.

• Prospect commercial properties throughout Greater Los Angeles.
• Visit commercial properties and introduce Rolling Suds to decision-makers.
• Build relationships with property managers and facility managers.
• Follow up on existing prospects and dormant opportunities.
• Schedule walkthroughs and estimate appointments.
• Learn commercial estimating and proposal development.
• Grow existing client relationships into recurring maintenance contracts.
• Work alongside ownership on larger commercial opportunities.
