You will develop new client relationships, prepare detailed estimates, and collaborate with project teams to close opportunities.

The role emphasizes accurate costing, reporting, and effective communication across diverse client bases, with a focus on service and coatings work.

Qualifications

• Experience selling commercial roofing service agreements and/or restoration coatings.
• Ability to write reports, proposals, and business correspondence.
• Comfort presenting information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze roofs, blueprints, and documents to prepare estimates and bids.
• Prepare itemized quotes for materials, labor, and costs.
• Coordinate with managers and subcontractors during bids.
• Support cost estimating database and historical data usage.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks as needed.
