Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree or equivalent with 4–6 years in Sales Management or related experience.
• Fluent knowledge of computer software including Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce and Raken.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Staff and Direct Sales Team toward profitability and growth in line with company vision.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to achieve service sales goals and profitability.
• Penetrate new markets in your service territory with action plans.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs and pricing strategies.
• Maintain records of pricing, sales, and activities; ensure policy compliance.
