Job summary

Roof Technology Partners is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative to drive service and maintenance opportunities across our Houston territory. You will build relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors, collaborating with estimating and operations to deliver value-driven solutions.

In this role, you will manage a robust sales pipeline, conduct site visits and roof assessments, present proposals, and close deals while protecting margins.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with a proven track record.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work.
• Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
• Ability to sell on value and protect margins.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial roofing service and maintenance opportunities across assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of active opportunities.
• Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and client meetings to identify project scopes.
• Prepare and present proposals and value-based solutions to commercial customers.
• Partner with estimating and operations to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project delivery.
• Close sales while maintaining target gross margins.
• Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and reliable sales forecasts.
