Baker Roofing Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and manage a growing client base for the commercial repair division. You will drive revenue through new accounts and service existing clients, including coordinating with operations and attending industry events.

The role requires 3+ years in outside sales (commercial roofing preferred), a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Training and advancement are emphasized in a structured program.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of outside sales or business development; roofing sales preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage new and existing customer accounts in commercial repair.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Use Salesforce CRM daily for account management and proposals.
• Coordinate with operations and provide support for projects.
• Attend trade shows and industry events.
