Job summary

Baker Roofing Company is actively seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative to build and manage a client base for our commercial repair division. You will drive growth by developing new accounts and maintaining existing relationships, with a structured training program and clear advancement paths.

The role requires outside sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with CRM and reporting tools. We offer strong benefits and a path to ownership through ESOP.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school graduate; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: At least three years outside sales or business development; commercial roofing sales preferred.
• Driver's license: Required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a base of commercial roofing repair clients.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Generate leads through cold calling, door knocking, referrals and networking.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for account management and proposals.
• Coordinate trade shows and industry events.
• Support the operations team with project information.
• Assist in receivable duties as directed.
